When you email us

We use the information you send to respond to your sales enquiry or support request. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.

When you unsubscribe

The link in your email identifies the sending agency and your email address, and includes a security token. When you confirm, we save a persistent opt-out record in our online store. That record uses a hashed identifier rather than storing your email address as plain text. Our outreach system checks this record before sending and records the opt-out locally.

We keep opt-out records so future outreach remains blocked. Request URLs may also be processed in our hosting provider’s operational logs.
